Biography

As Managing Director, Andy brings to DJM and its clients over 25 years’ diverse experience in: retail real estate; investment and operating finance; corporate acquisitions; and strategic divestitures. Specializing in the supermarket industry, Andy has led companies to dramatic growth in contiguous and non-contiguous markets via organic development and acquisitions. He has also led large-scale strategic disposition projects in conjunction with market exit decisions, and FTC-mandated divestitures.

Andy’s most recent post was as Vice-President of Development and Investments for Regency Centers, a leading national developer and owner of grocery-anchored shopping centers. Prior to joining Regency, Andy was Vice-President of Real Estate at Hannaford Bros., a subsidiary of Delhaize Group (Belgium), where he was involved in all aspects of supermarket and shopping center development, acquisition, divestiture and operating activity in 9 states.
