As a Project Consultant, Tom brings over 20 years of real estate experience to DJM Realty. Specializing in lease mitigations and rent reductions Tom has helped numerous clients maximize investments and terminate leases. Tom has extensive experience in valuation projects, acquisitions of locations and acquisitions of assets through corporate reorganizations.
Tom’s most recent position was SVP of Real Estate and Store Operations for the teenage apparel retailer, Weathervane Stores. Tom achieved millions of dollars in rent concessions and several successful early lease terminations during his tenure at Weathervane, while significantly growing the store base in throughout the United States.
