DJM can provide real estate financing of up to $250 million.  We provide capital for the acquisition and / or orderly disposition of real estate. 

As a Gordon Brothers Group company, we can provide comprehensive solutions - including inventory and industrial asset redeployment expertise.  This allows DJM to efficiently dispose of acquisition package assets that are not consistent with the acquirer's goals. 

We put our own capital at risk, aligning our goals with those of our clients.

Purchase of company stock and lease of several locations to partner Hannaford Brothers. Purchased equity and bank debt. Disposition of leases and fee- owned properties (including distribution center and corporate office). Purchased 36 restaurant sites nationally from GE Capital solutions, Franchise Finance.
Purchased 5 industrial facilities totaling 1,337,808 sq. ft. on 62.39 acres. Purchased designation rights on all 61 leases. Purchase of company bonds and sub-sequent purchase of sub-designation rights of properties from Outback Steakhouse as part of their acquisition bid.
